About Us

Auld Macdonald Farm is the home of US National champion and herd sire, Legacys Renoir+ (Legacy of Fame x SC Psavannah), and our outcross stallion, 2007 Gazal Al Shaqab son, Caravagio.

We are a private facility nestled in the mountains of southeastern Arizona in Cochise County. We are amateur handlers & riders who focus on Sport Horse (SHUS & SHIH) and Dressage disciplines. There is a 7-stall barn, a 60 x 200-meter dressage arena, a 60-foot round pen, and several turnout paddocks.

Transplants to Arizona, we love the fact that we can keep our horses in training year-round focused on a full show schedule, up to and including national-level shows. In addition, we have a small band of broodmares and breed 2 or 3 purebred Arabian and Half Arabian foals each year.

Our horses are part of the family. We expect the best for them and expect each to perform and behave to the best of their ability.

If you’re interested in one or more of our sale horses, please reach out with your questions and offers.

Cheers,

Janet & Ian
