“Charlie” has a red-colored, near leopard pattern, complete with a heart-shaped marking seen on his right hind quarter. He is registered as a Half Arabian in the Arabian Horse Association’s Arabian Breeder’s Sweepstakes program. He is also eligible to be registered with the Appaloosa Horse Club.
This little guy is a stout, super correct brickhouse. He’s truly an amalgamation of both breeds – his sire’s athletic Arabian blood and his dam’s stalwart, easygoing Appaloosa – both breeds, when treated right, are family friendly. And, Charlie is certainly that! We love that he has a heart-shaped pattern on his right hip. It suits him perfectly.
Charlie is in regular manners training. He is easy to catch, he leads, stands, likes to be brushed, has been exposed to the clippers and fly spray. He is quiet for farrier trims, and daily hoof cleaning. In the coming weeks, Charlie will learn to load and unload.
Soon, he will be gelded, and ready for his new home. Charlie is fully vaccinated (6-way & rabies), and has his first Coggins issued. He has already been dewormed.
